1. When does the trip start and finish?

The 3D2N Open Trip departs from Labuan Bajo Harbor every Friday morning and returns to Labuan Bajo on Sunday afternoon around 2:00–3:00 PM, depending on sea conditions.

2. Where is the meeting point?

The meeting point is at Labuan Bajo Harbor.
Once your booking is confirmed, our team will send you the exact meeting location, departure time, and the contact number of our trip coordinator.

3. What is included in the price?

The package includes:

• 3 days 2 nights sailing on a shared Phinisi boat
• All meals on board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Drinking water, coffee, tea, and snacks
• Snorkeling gear (mask & snorkel)
• Life jackets
• Friendly crew and tour guide
• Documentation (photos & videos – subject to availability)

4. What is not included?

Not included in the price:

• Entrance fees to Komodo National Park
• Alcoholic drinks
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses (souvenirs, tips, etc.)
• Hotel before or after the trip

5. What will I visit during the trip?

You’ll visit some of the most iconic destinations in Komodo National Park, including:
Padar Island, Komodo Island, Pink Beach, Manta Point, Taka Makassar, Siaba Island, and Kanawa Island.
Exact order may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.

6. Can I join alone or do I need a group?

You can absolutely join alone!
Our Open Trip is designed for solo travelers, couples, and small groups who want to share the experience with others at an affordable price.

7. What kind of boat will I sail with?

We use comfortable Phinisi boats equipped with shared and private cabins, air-conditioning, dining areas, and sundeck lounges.
The specific boat depends on the number of guests and availability, but all boats meet our safety and comfort standards.

8. How safe is the trip?

Your safety is our top priority.
All boats are equipped with life jackets, navigation systems, and experienced local crew who are trained for emergency procedures.
We also monitor weather forecasts before every departure.

9. What should I bring?

We recommend:

• Light and comfortable clothes
• Swimwear and sandals
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat
• Power bank and waterproof bag
• Personal medicine (if needed)
• Copy of ID or passport
• Small cash for park fees

10. How can I book the trip?

Booking is easy:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to check availability.
2. Pay a 50% deposit to secure your spot.
3. Pay the remaining 50% balance before or upon arrival in Labuan Bajo.
   You’ll receive a confirmation and full trip details after your deposit is received.

11. What happens if the weather is bad?

If the harbor authority declares unsafe sailing conditions, the trip will be rescheduled or refunded according to our policy.
Your safety always comes first.

12. Can I request special meals (vegetarian/halal)?

Yes! Please inform us in advance and our crew will prepare halal or vegetarian meals for you during the trip.

13. Is there electricity or phone signal on board?

Electricity is available for charging phones and cameras (mostly in the evening).
However, phone signal may be weak or unavailable in certain island areas, a perfect chance to disconnect and enjoy nature!

14. How many people will be on the boat?

Usually between 10 to 20 guests, depending on the boat size and the week.
You’ll share the trip with other travelers from around the world, a great way to meet new friends and share the Komodo adventure.
