A: We offer both Open Trips (shared with other travelers, on set departure days) and Private Trips (fully customizable for your group). Duration options range from a 1-day tour with a speedboat, 2 Days 1 Nights, 3 Days 2 Nights, 4 Days 3 Nights, and 5 Days 4 Nights with Liveboard

A: Open trips depart every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Liveboard Cruise, and Speedboats depart any day from Labuan Bajo. Private tours can depart any day based on availability.

Q: How do I book a tour?

A: You can book directly via our website, WhatsApp, or email. We recommend booking in advance, especially for high seasons (June–September and December–January).

Q: Is a deposit required?

A: Yes. A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due before departure.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to pay?

A: No, PayPal is solely an electronic payment provider; you can also pay via Bank transfer or other electronic payment methods like Wise Transfer.

Q: How do I book a cruise sailing boat ticket to Komodo?

A: Simply use the search box at the top of this page, fill in the details, click ´Search´, and results will appear. You will be able to see which boats are available, how much they cost, etc. Then just click ´Book´ and follow the booking process. It is quick and easy; you can pay via bank transfer, Wise Transfer, or with your PayPal account, and you will receive immediate e-tickets.

Q: Do I receive e-tickets?

A: Yes, as soon as you have completed the booking process, you will receive an email notification confirming the details of your booking from BOSE Komodo Boat Tour, and your E-tickets are in an attachment. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please log in to your email provider and check your spam and junk folders. Please then mark our email as safe or not junk.

Q: What boat should I book?

A: When you do a search on our website, a list of results will appear, displaying the different prices and departure times. Select the one that you prefer and give yourself enough time for transfers and check-in

A: Yes, we have an open trip. 5 luxury cruise and 1 backpacker-featured cruise sailing Komodo boats tours going to Komodo.

Q: Can I change the dates of my tickets?

A: Yes, when you make a booking, you will receive immediate confirmation and e-tickets. On your e-tickets is a contact email address and phone number for the boat company you have booked. Simply email your preferred dates no later than 7 days before departure, and the changes will be made at no extra charge (this is subject to availability).

Q: Can I cancel my tickets?

A: Yes, you can cancel your tickets, but the cancellation policy applies. All bookings canceled more than 2 weeks from the date of travel will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 5 days but more than 7 days from the date of travel will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 5 days from the date of travel will receive no refund.

A: Yes! Our tours include guided visits to Komodo Island or Rinca Island, where certified rangers lead you through dragon habitats to safely observe these incredible creatures in the wild.

Q: Are entrance fees to Komodo National Park included?

A: Entrance fees are included in the tour price (only for Labuan Bajo to Lombok and vice versa for the 4-day, 3-night and 5-day, 4-night programs).

A: Entrance fees are not included in the tour price (only for the Labuan Bajo 1-day tour with a speedboat, 2 Days 1 Night, and 3 Days 2 Nights). This fee is paid on-site and goes directly to park conservation. We will notify you of the latest prices when you book.

A: Yes! Our tours include guided visits to Whale Shark Point, where certified guides lead you through whale shark habitats to safely observe these incredible creatures in the wild.

Q: What is the accommodation like on the boat?

A: Our boats feature clean, air-conditioned cabins (private or shared,
depending on package), with en-suite or shared bathrooms. All boats meet safety and hygiene standards.

A: Yes! We provide freshly prepared meals, snacks, coffee, tea, and drinking water throughout the trip. We also accommodate vegetarian and dietary requests with advance notice.
