1. When does the trip start and finish?

The tour starts at 6:00 – 6:30 AM from Labuan Bajo Harbor and returns around 5:00 PM.
Please arrive 15–30 minutes before departure for registration and safety briefing.

2. What is the meeting point?

The meeting point is Labuan Bajo Harbor (Port Pelni / Marina area).
We’ll send you the exact location pin and contact of our tour coordinator once your booking is confirmed.

3. What’s included in the price?

• Lunch box & mineral water

6. What kind of boat is used?

We use a fast and modern fiberglass speed boat, equipped with:

7. Is it safe for kids and seniors?

Yes, the trip is safe for all ages in good health condition.
However, children under 5 years and elderly guests with mobility issues should consult with us before booking.

8. Can I join alone?

Yes! Solo travelers, couples, families, and small groups are all welcome.
Our Open Trip speed boat is shared with other guests (usually 15–20 people).
Private charter options are also available upon request.

9. What should I bring?

We recommend packing:

• Light clothing and swimwear
• Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen
• Waterproof bag
• Towel
• Camera or GoPro
• Cash for entrance fees or souvenirs

10. How do I book the trip?

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to check the date.
2. Pay 50% deposit to confirm your booking.
3. The balance can be paid before the trip in Labuan Bajo.
   After booking, we’ll send you confirmation and trip details immediately.

11. What if the weather is bad?

If the harbor authority cancels all sea activity due to bad weather, your trip will be rescheduled or refunded according to our booking policy.

12. Can I request vegetarian or halal meals?

Yes! All food provided on board is halal.
Please let us know in advance if you prefer vegetarian or special dietary options.

13. Is there Wi-Fi or phone signal?

There’s no Wi-Fi on board, and signal may be limited during the trip, a perfect time to disconnect and enjoy Komodo’s natural beauty!

14. How many guests join the speed boat trip?

Usually between 15–20 guests join each open trip, depending on the boat capacity.
Private tours are available for small groups upon request.
